Life Smart Privacy Policy
We collect two types of information through this website:

2. Standard web server/visitor traffic information such as ISP addresses, browser versions, referring websites, duration of visits, total visitor traffic. This information helps us to understand how people use our website and assists us in managing our site to better serve our audience.
Individually identifiable information and how we use it
The Cancer Council NSW collects individually identifiable information from Life Smart visitors in order to provide personalised Life Smart results and coaching. First Name and Surname, Email Address, Suburb/Town, State, Postcode, Telephone are collected, as well as individuals' lifestyle information.
The information is used to provide contact with Life Smart visitors by way of email reminders, telephone callbacks and SMS lifestyle prompts. The information provided on this website will not be given to any other parties except for the purpose of providing automated Life Smart SMS prompts. Note: SMS lifestyle prompts are only provided to Life Smart visitors who subscribe to this service.
De-identified lifestyle information may be used by The Cancer Council NSW for research purposes.
